Nurse-led Therapeutic Support
A space to explore what's getting in the way, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving toward something different. This service brings together therapeutic support, post-diagnostic understanding, and psychoeducation under one integrated, nurse-led approach.
Whether you're navigating late-identified neurodivergence, mental health challenges, life transitions, or simply a persistent sense that something needs to shift, sessions are shaped by you, at your pace, without pressure or predetermined timelines.
This isn't a fixed programme. It's a collaborative, whole-person space that takes your story, your context, and your capacity for change seriously.
Session Prices
Full session — £130
Half session — £65 (to be discussed and agreed at initial consultation)
Block of six sessions — £720
Full sessions suit a more fluid, open-ended approach. A block of six is well suited to a more structured period of focused work.
Professionals Services
Clinical Supervision
A confidential, structured space for registered healthcare professionals to reflect on their clinical practice, explore complex cases, and develop as practitioners.

Supervision is offered on an individual basis, drawing on over a decade of NHS clinical experience across primary care, crisis services, community mental health, and inpatient settings. Sessions follow an integrative supervisory approach informed by completion of the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT) clinical supervision programme, one of the most widely respected supervision training frameworks in UK healthcare.

Sessions are particularly well-suited to mental health nurses, community practitioners, and allied health professionals, though any registered healthcare professional is welcome to enquire.

Each session includes structured reflection, case exploration, and documented session notes provided to you for your own CPD and revalidation records.
